Thank you for doing the research to find the SAGE help file, coordinating with Chris Galindo who restarted SAGE services, and then working with Tahlya to help with her SAGE access so she had the ability to use her administrative access to reset credentials for Sherry. I appreciate the time and effort you put into helping to turn Sherry’s request around. We don’t always see what IT does behind the scenes to turn a request around. You had to ID the admin, find the application, work with Chris to restart the sage services on the server, and then partner with Tahlya to eventually learn Sherry already had the software on her desktop and just needed the credentials reset.
