With over 25 years of leadership experience, he is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating systems that empower leaders to focus on what matters most.
Originally from the Bronx, New York, Vince has held leadership roles spanning community organizations, Wall Street, and Silicon Valley, eventually leading enterprise operations across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Latin American Studies and graduated with Executive Honors in Networking Technology, a background that shapes his belief that innovation is most powerful when paired with empathy and collaboration.
