I feel so grateful for Janet as she sometimes will take over a class for me so I can take a breather. She also steps up to teach a class for me when I need to get my covid tesing. I am so grateful for her. She goes above and beyond.
Debbie is so patient at helping me with the things I am still learning and do not understand. For example all of the computer information that I am still learning. I am grateful to have her leading me in this department.
Jamie has been on the team for two months and is fast becoming a big part of the residents & teams day. She has a great attitude and brings energy to our classes and conversations with residents as well as staff on a daily basis. Looking forward to 2021 with you on the team. 🙂

Needed access to SAGE software. Mark tried the activation 3-4 times before he got it to work. Never gave up, never got flustered. And he did it remotely! Always provides amazing customer service. If he is managing an IT issue I know it will be resolved timely.
