On many occasions Dominic has been seen sitting with residents, holding their hands, listening to them when they cry, letting them know it will be ok, playing music for them and more. Dominic embodies servant leadership, compassion, and caring for our residents and is a great nurse partner. Dominic is humble when being directly recognized and let’s you know it is part of his role as a nurse and will take no credit.
