Sun Health’s intention is to help guide you and make this process as easy and stress-free as possible.
New York Life is our Leave Administrator handling all our leave programs such as FMLA and Personal Leave. They manage a team member’s eligibility for leave, any required paperwork needed and making determination on the request.
